GRIMDRAW is a dark fantasy deck-building dungeon RPG in development by Dank Investments LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It is not yet publicly released. This policy distinguishes the current development build from services planned for a future release.
Current Development Build
The current GRIMDRAW project does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, consent, cloud-storage, or in-app-purchase services. We do not receive gameplay information from the current build.
Game progress, settings, deck state, equipment, and collection progress may be saved locally on the device so the game can function and resume. This information stays on the device unless you choose to include it in a support message. Device backups may retain or restore local app information according to the operating system and your backup settings.
Planned Advertising
A future release is planned to remain fully playable for free and may show advertising at natural breaks. One optional, non-consumable premium purchase is planned to remove advertising permanently.
No advertising provider is integrated today. Before advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the provider and describe the information it processes, which may include device information, IP address, advertising-related identifiers where available and permitted, ad interactions, performance information, approximate location derived from IP, and consent or privacy choices.
Planned Purchases
The ad-removal purchase and Restore Purchases function are not currently available. When they launch, the applicable app store will process payments and purchase restoration. Dank Investments LLC will not receive or store payment-card details. GRIMDRAW is not planned to include subscriptions, premium currency, paid card packs, paid revives, or pay-to-win purchases.
Analytics and Diagnostics
The current development build does not send analytics or diagnostics to a developer-operated service. A device platform, beta-distribution service, or app store may separately process installation, device, crash, or diagnostic information under its own privacy terms. If we add a diagnostic provider to the app, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
Support Messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, screenshots, device details, or attachments. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot issues, and handle privacy requests. Our email and email-routing providers process messages to deliver and store our correspondence.
Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed to explain your request. We do not use support messages for targeted advertising or sell personal information.
Your Choices and Data Retention
You can remove locally stored GRIMDRAW information by deleting the app and its data through your device settings. Offloading an app may retain its data. Because current game information is not uploaded to us, we cannot retrieve or remotely delete it.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, investigate and resolve issues, protect legal rights, or meet legal obligations. Future advertising and store features will include the privacy and purchase controls required by the applicable platform and law.
Children's Privacy
GRIMDRAW does not request ages or dates of birth and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through gameplay. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a support message, contact us so we can review and address it.
Third-Party Services and This Website
No advertising, analytics, or purchase provider is currently integrated into GRIMDRAW. We will add accurate provider disclosures and links here before those services are enabled.
Visiting this policy page is separate from playing GRIMDRAW. Our website hosting provider may process ordinary technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. See the Dank Investments website privacy notice for website-specific information.
Policy Updates
We will update this page and its effective date when GRIMDRAW's features or data practices change, including before advertising, purchases, analytics, accounts, cloud saves, or other network services are released.
